- Add an immediate ACTION TAKEN Image.
- Select PRIORITY of EVENT.
- Select REPORT event.- Hazard Resolution work flow: - Click on HAZARD symbol.
- Use filters to select EVENT - CRITICAL HAZARDS are ranked first.
- Select event to be resolved.- Upload Appropriate SWMS if required.
- Take appropriate action and add images until EVENT is resolved.
